My girlfriend and I came here to try the food, and the business was closed early for the day. The owners saw us, and I explained it was our first time & that we had come to see and taste what so many have been raving about. They blessed us with the most delicious food I have ever tasted. I also learned that the reason they were closed early is because they were being featured on "top chef" Although we didn't get the full dine in experience, the food & drinks were amazing, the service was quick & everyone was so friendly. We will be back and will definitely be spreading the word about this place to others.

Absolutely love Family Ty’s Good Eats! Their wings and fries combo is nothing short of amazing—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The lemon pepper is my fave! And let me tell you, their strawberry lemonade is the best I've ever tasted! The staff is exceptionally welcoming and always makes me feel right at home; they even know me by name now, which is such a nice touch. If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re missing out! Highly recommend!

Best BBQ ribs and delicious chicken wings "hole in the wall" that I've been to in Pensacola.I ordered the 'Ty's Best of Both Worlds ' that has chicken wings' ribs and fries.The pulled pork sandwich was amazing.We asked for the secret "PB" sauce over the fries, which was out of this world!!! The service felt like being at home. Portions will fill you up for sure.I definitely and highly recommend eating here if you want a taste of fantastic BBQ type food.I'll be back for sure.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Family Tys Good Eats on 9 Mile in Pensacola, and I can't recommend it enough! Their chicken wings are hands down the best I've ever had—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The fried okra is a must-try, and the french fries are just the right amount of crunchy and delicious. Everything on the menu is absolutely insane, and I was blown away by the quality of the food. To top it all off, the strawberry lemonade is to die for—refreshing and bursting with flavor. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and check this place out! Five stars all the way! Check out the red velvet too! We eat here weekly and are NEVER disappointed!!

I went for lunch today, when I found the place I was hesitant about going in. It doesn't have the best curb appeal. You don't order at the front of the business, but toward the back, not your typical setup. While looking at the menu, the owner was walking by and asked if it's our first time, it was. He made some recommendations for us. I asked about a health department rating, and he took the time to explain the process that happens in FL, it's not the same as what I'm used to. He wasn't offended at all and offered up his latest inspection review with no violations listed. He was happy about that, and I was too. We had Ty's street tacos with seasoned fries and Ty's best of both worlds (ribs, sweet and spicy chicken wings and fried okra). The food was excellent! But I need to bring special attention to the okra and fries. Both were seasoned very well. And the fried okra was the BEST I've ever had. The owner gave us a taste of his lemon pound cake, it was great too. And the people, I can't say enough about how nice they all were, you don't get that from the big restaurants. Don't let the curb appeal keep you from going in, the food was excellent, and so was the service. And the fried okra... wow, it was the best! Would I go back- YES. Would I recommend- absolutely.

This place is fantastic. We walked in just to grab a menu, and though the layout was a little weird, the service convinced us to stay and have a bite. My partner and I celebrated both of our birthdays while demolishing some wing and ribs. The owner and his staff's hospitality are next level. The food is a good value, not cheap but very generous. I don't even like french fries, and I enjoyed the one's here quite a bit. Ox tails were a standout special, if you see them on the dailies order some. Loved the lemonade, and the little cupcake afterwords was perfect. Can't wait to come back and try more!
